Description
Book your private 30-minute guided meditation session with mindfulness coach, Golareh. Ideal for all mindfulness levels. Appointments available between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm Pacific Time Monday through Friday. All bookings must be made a minimum of 24 hours in advance. Cancellations accepted up to 24 hours prior to the session.
All sessions will take place virtually using Zoom video conferencing. Clients must download the Zoom App in advance of the session and have access to a desktop or mobile device with a built-in camera and audio. Clients will be sent a detailed email with additional tech support information as well as a meeting ID prior to the session.
Please note that even though the guided meditation is 30-minutes, The total duration of this session is 40 minutes, which includes a 10-minute introduction and overview of posture and breathing techniques.
This booking is for individuals only. If you are interested in group sessions, please check out our guided meditation sessions for groups up to 5 and groups up to 10. Groups larger than 10 can contact us to request special bookings.
