Description

Are you looking to begin, improve, or enhance your meditation practice? Would you benefit from a private coach that can address some of your personal meditation hurdles? If so, consider this 60-minute virtual “how-to” session with mindfulness coach, Golareh.  Whether you’re looking to learn about the practical aspects of meditating like posture and breathing, or are challenged due to lack of concentration during your practice, or are simply interested in developing a mindfulness routine that can work for your schedule, this session can be your entryway into a beneficial and evolving mindfulness practice.

Appointments available between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm Monday through Friday Pacific Time. All bookings must be made a minimum of 24 hours in advance. Cancellations accepted up to 24 hours prior to the session.

All sessions will take place virtually using Zoom video conferencing. Clients must download the Zoom App in advance of the session and have access to a desktop or mobile device with a built-in camera and audio. Clients will be sent a detailed email with additional tech support information as well as a meeting ID prior to the session.
